A special thanks to my gynecologist, Dr. Puuja Arora Bhatnagar. I am a mother of two kids and both the kids were delivered by her. Despite many complications in the second delivery, she handled it so well and guided us throughout the pregnancy. She was very friendly and more concerned than me as I was diagnosed with thyroid and gestational diabetes during my pregnancy. Dr. Puuja Arora Bhatnagar Bhatnagar is like a mother to her patients during entire pregnancy journey and especially during delivery and postpartum. Just the way a mother keeps her kids at priority and will fight with anyone for them, she keeps her patients at priority and will fight with anyone be it hospital staff/nurse for her patient's well being. Just like a mother is available for her kids irrespective of what time it is, she is also available for her patients at every time. I had some complications at 1 AM one night and she was available even at that time for assistance. The way you can ask anything from your mother without feeling dumb or judged, you can do the same with her. She will not only answer all queries but will also explain them in detail with patience till you are satisfied.
I would like to thank her for making my entire pregnancy journey pleasant and guiding me throughout!!
Dr. Puuja Arora Bhatnagar Bhatnagar is one of the most trustworthy, sorted, and foresighted doctor, I have ever visited. She is very good at explaining issues, medicine importance, and its usage ( why, how, and when). I visited her for my 2nd Pregnancy, and that too, after a gap of 10 years and at the age of 40, and she, with her experience, ensured that I sailed through well. I did suffer from many issue during the 9 months, but due to her foresightedness, she ensured all the neccessary test on time, and hence, all the issues were cured before they could occur. Most importantly, she was always available over the what's app or, if needed, be on a call, too. She guided and counseled us thoroughly, and we were made aware of all complications or issues we could face. While she is very straightforward with you like a great professional, she was also like an elder sister or a family member who's standing beside you in the whole journey. We absolutely felt at ease and enjoyed our entire journey. She is extremely knowledgeable and could diagnose any issues just by having a small chat with the mother. We absolutely wish we had Dr Puuja with us in our first pregnancy as well. We were blessed to be in such experienced, calm, and steady hands. We wish you all the best for your future, Mam. A big thank you to Dr. Puuja mam for being there during my entire pregnancy period. She was available even at 2 in the night when I had to go the hospital for some complications that developed. She is an angel in our life. She managed both my high risk pregnancies so well. I have cervical incompetence. In my first pregnancy I was on bed rest from 27weeks onwards and delivered a healthy baby boy through normal delivery at 40 weeks. In my second pregnancy I had multiple complications like subchorionic hematoma, retroplacental hematoma, blood infections..etc. I had cervical stitches(mcdonald) at 16 weeks and by 19 weeks my internal OS was open. I was on strict bed rest from 19 weeks till remainder of my pregnancy. Dr Puuja managed every situation with utmost care and caution. She would often follow up with me on the next steps. She took care of me like a loving mother. I don't have words to thank her and I am forever indebted to her. She is the reason I could pull off my second pregnancy till 36.5 weeks to deliver a healthy baby boy weighing 3.28kg again normal delivery. I was admitted to hospital 4 times in second and third trimester. She motivated me to go on even when few days
were very challenging for me. I remember one time I was rushed to hospital at 10.30pm and she was available to guide us till 12am as well.. Another day she was available for us on the phone even though she was fully down with fever and cold. She could barely talk or stand but she still was worried for me.
No one in this world can match her perseverance, dedication, guidance, support, love and caring. I can give my testimony of her expertise in any forum if needed. She is the best of best.

Dr. Puuja is like god sent for us. One thing which stands out for her is her approachability even in wee hours, always there to clear your doubts and communicate with patient in a very friendly manner. One time, I had to rush to hospital at night and she was also there at 1 am. Her approach was always to be more cautious and be more preventive in course of treatment. She make sure even 1% possibility of going south is covered.
With her expertise only, We are blessed with healthy boy even being having high risk pregnancy case with preeclampsia. Her calm and poised demeanour helped my anxieties to rest.

I remember the day I came to her clinic sitting with so much of tension and lost in some other world. I wanted to find the safe place for my baby that time she was in front of me like an angel who took all the strain and pain. Being our first child and that too with double complication pregnancy I was so much tense. But god was with us in form of doctor like Dr. Puuja Arora Bhatnagar. She guided us so well and took care of me in the whole journey . She answered each and every query of mine in the day & night. The best part about her is that she is concerned with her patients like they are her family member. She always gave plenty of time for consultancy and with so much of patience.

And No, this isn't a paid review,this is as honest as ir gets. We were lucky to find Dr.Puuja after going through many profiles of Doctors in Gurgaon, we zeroed in on her. The past reviews were one big reason, and alas, our review isn't going to differ one bit.
Dr.Puuja came across as an extremely learned and experienced Gynecologist. She guided me and my wife at every step and made the journey so very comfortable and secure. She was always available almost 24 hours at the tap of a button. Pregnancy, and that too first one, comes with a zillion questions for the expecting parents, and trust me when I tell you, she will answer each one of your question with a smile. This made it all the very more comfortable for us.
Another huge positive here is that she, of all the doctors I have seen, is the most tech savvy. So she's available on FB, Skype, has an app, and what not. You mail her the reports at 1:00 am and bang, you have a reply in 5-10 minutes, with her feedback on the report and course of action to be adopted. Sometimes we wondered if she ever sleeps.
She developed a bonding with us and the same was so strong that we for the later 6 months of the pregnancy traveled almost 100 kilometers for our regular check ups. We had our trust fixed on her. Needless to say, it sure's been worth it.
For us, the most important thing was the fact that towards the final moments of the labor, the pregnancy, which was normal all throughout, turned into a high-risk pregnancy, but the way she managed it was nothing short of a blessing for us.
Me and my wife feel so happy that she had the acumen, and the grit to take tough decisions at even the most crucial times, never loosing composure and even helping me and my family members remain calm.
We finally delivered a healthy baby boy through C-Section, because the baby had pooped inside, but NO, Dr.Puuja isn't one of those doctors who rush int a C-Section just because of this small reason, in fact her response was 'its OK, We can still deliver normally'. She stayed by my wifes side for more than 3 hours critically examining every minute both the baby and the mother and finally helped us bring our little bundle of joy into this world.
We feel happy that Dr.Puuja was our doctor, it sure was the best decision we could have made.

Dr. Puuja has very good listening ability who is never in a hurry when she's with patients.
She is very cautious in dealing with abnormalities and does not get easily satisfied until she's ruled out her apprehensions.
When we had the last minute emergency during delivery, she was very prompt to respond and reached the hospital promptly on time. Overall, uneventful pregnancy thanks to doctor Puuja
